Please make sure that you and your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these terms before you submit photos, text, or other content or information to SAFE Animal Squad.

SAFE Animal Squad is run by Save Animals from Exploitation (SAFE), a charity registered in New Zealand, No: CC40428.

Your parent or legal guardian agrees that any photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information (“Materials”) that you submit to SAFE shall become the sole and exclusive property of SAFE, and SAFE shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to you or others, any Materials.

SAFE may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of Materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created for the purpose of SAFE marketing materials.

All materials submitted must be the original work of the submitter and must not infringe the rights of any other person, The parent or legal guardian of the submitter agrees to indemnify SAFE in respect of any claim from a third party that the Materials infringe the rights of that third party.

Your parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that SAFE shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any Materials that you submit.

Our user’s safety and wellbeing is of the highest importance to us. Users will be identified by their first name and region only. Parents and Legal Guardians can request that submitters remain anonymous, through the comments section of the Parent’s Consent page.

Should you wish to remove any Materials that you have submitted, please contact the SAFE Animal Squad [email protected] and we will endeavour to have the Materials removed. This may not be possible for existing publications.
