Make a flaxseed ‘egg’ by mix ground flaxseed and water and let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

Heat olive oil in a frypan and cook diced onion for 1-2 minutes.

Add apple and sage and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the margarine to the pan and once melted transfer contents to a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and flaxseed egg to the bowl.

Mix well and roll into even balls.

Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Cool and serve with gravy and mashed potato.
