Whisk milk, flaxseed, vanilla, and cinnamon together.
Let the mix sit in the fridge for 10 to 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a frypan over a medium heat.
Dip a slice of bread into the batter, covering both sides and add it to the frypan.
Cook for around five minutes and flip.
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Top tip: best served with maple syrup and chopped fruit.
