2 to 3 medium/large potatoes per person
¼-½ cup of sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste (Try Himalayan salt.)
Heat oven to 250 degrees Celsius or as high as it can go, making sure it is fully heated before you put in the chips.
Slice potatoes into chips or wedges, or you could even think of another shape to cut them.
Grind the sesame seeds into a fine powder and mix in the salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the ground sesame over the potatoes.
Bake for 20 mins on medium/high heat – place in centre of the oven, not too high up (to keep sesame from burning).
