1 C roasted peanuts
½ C pitted dates (slice to make sure there are no stones before blending)
½ tsp of salt
Blend the peanuts, in a food processor, until they are chopped into little chunks (not a fine powder).
Then add the dates and salt and mix together a bit in the food processor, making sure the food processor is off before you mix them by hand.
Turn the food processor back on and blend the mix until the peanuts and dates are well combined.
Extract the mixture from the blender into a mixing bowl and roll into balls.
