2 ripe avocados
½ C of dark chocolate (try Whittaker’s 50% or more)
¼ C of soy, almond, coconut or other plant-based milk
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
Melt the chocolate in a bowl set above a pot of boiling water (this reduces the chance of burning the chocolate).
Then put all the ingredient in a blender and mix until they are well combined and smooth.
Serve in bowls or glasses.
